Ramblin man...

 Ramblin man... Here's another one. I really like how this one turned out... When I work on Loma's trucks, they are always in the middle of a build, or rebuild... bumpers missing, fenders missing... exhaust or fuel tanks missing. It's so fun to see them all put together... They build some really beautiful trucks that's for sure! 

New awning...

I have a really good customer who was replacing the fenders on his Pete 389... I asked him if I could have one of them. "What for?" "You'll see..."

I'm very happy with how it turned out.

All hand painted signs...

These were kind of fun. Everything is hand painted, I then cleared both signs with automotive clear...

It's amazing what some color can do for a plain white truck. This is all vinyl.

My Dad and brother's fleet...

I just re-lettered the blue delivery truck in the front, it's a 1995 that they just had restored. The two older grain trucks in the center were restored about 5 years ago. Everything is hand painted except the giant "Smith Bros" logo on the delivery truck.

I'm very proud of the family I come from, and they fact that they are farmers. They work so hard to provide food for our country. Farmers are the un-sung hero's of our day. Without them... we'd all go... hungry.

The past 3 years I have helped harvest field corn on the farm. These become my baby's for about a month, so a few weeks ago I spent some time dressing them up. I painted the rims, and trimmed the wheels, I also painted the front bumpers and one of the grills. Hey, if I'm running it, it's gotta look good. ;)

This was fun. I put some very subtle stripes on this very loud truck... I pulled the interior colors out on the body...

Some building lettering...

This was a fun job to work on. I lettered this building 14 years ago when my daughter Ava was a newborn. A few months ago, she helped me letter it again. I used my brothers delivery truck as a scaffold, and Ava and I lettered the building up... She did a great job, and it was a lot of fun working with her.

2nd time in 15 years...

This was the 2nd time I lettered and striped this truck in the past 15 years. It looks totally different from the first time I did it...

50 years in business...

I have had the pleasure of working with Sercombe Trucking for the past 8 or 10 years now. They are all great people and they really like to make their trucks look sharp. That's where I come in ;)

They've been in business for 50 years now and wanted to commemorate it in a big way...

I lettered this one a few months ago, the owner wanted the space between the cab and the chassis filled in... So 3 days later I had a custom built faring ready to head down the road...
